1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All our products are created on demand, which means that your product will go into production shortly after your order has been processed. You can expect to receive your products 6-15 business days after the payment has been received.
An order will go through 3 steps:
- Order in queue: After your payment has been posted, your order will go into our waiting queue for 12 hours before printing. During this 12 hours, you can change the order detail (change size, color, quantity) or cancel the order.
- Processing time:
- For USA/Canada/Australia customers: We typically take about 2- 5 business days to make your product(s), except V-Neck T-Shirt takes 3-5 business days.
- For EU customers: It usually takes about 3-7 business days.
- Shipping time: It usually takes about 4-15 business days, and under certain instances deliveries may exceed or be less than the stated time frame. Details as below.

2. WHEN WILL I SEE MY TRACKING LINK?
All our shipments are provided with a tracking link in a shipment notification email. You will see your tracking link once we're done processing your order, about 2-5 business days, and we start to ship your order.

3. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, after making your purchase, you have 12 hours to cancel or change your order (size, color, quantity, shipping address). After this time frame, your order will go into production and we will be unable to change it for you.

6. CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

7. DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment to APOs can take up to 40-45 days to be delivered. Please note that once your parcel has entered the army area, we will not be able to update the status of shipping for security reasons.

8. WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?
Yes, VAT is applied to all orders shipped to the European Union (EU), Norway, Australia and the United Kingdom. However, we share with you half. When we charge you 5% VAT Tax (including shipping tax), it means that we have to pay a total 10% when we ship your order. You don't need to pay any extra fee on the delivery. Just rest assure and wait for your package.
